Im hurt and was treated unfairly as a paying customer. This business needs to apologize for their accusations and make good on their false accusations. The reason why this is not resolved and I did not want to be contacted by management as they accused me of stealing.

This is very deceptive borderline fraudulent practice I have paid so far ****** to valvoline ******* ** ****** AAMCO Concord ** ******* AAMCO Concord ** appointment on 3/13 for torque converter replacement and hopefully transmission is still good. Unfortunately the torque converter was too damaged and needs to be replaced at ******* and an internal inspection needs to be conducted to insure no other damage within transmission. I recently had the transmission flush service done in ******* ** in the beginning of February 2023 with in a thousand miles transmission developed a bad shudder I brought truck into AAMCO to diagnose my filter was completely clogged I showed receipt from valvoline they stated transmission was not flushed the fluid was exchanged stating by doing this cause every bit of contamination into the pan thus clogging the filter and damaging the transmission So I paid ****** to have the transmission filter changed and a proper flush hoping permanent damage would be avoided.
A transmission flush is done through the cooling line not the dipstick. Hello Im complaining about deceptive/fraudulent practices concerning the transmission flush service it is Not a flush service it just a fluid exchange.
